Erik R. Tolley, LEED AP, NCARB
Architect/Principal

A native and life long resident of Cape Cod, Erik received his undergraduate and graduate degrees, both in architecture, from Norwich University in Vermont, then returned to the Cape in 2001. As Principal and Lead Architect, Erik Tolley works directly with clients through all phases of design and construction as well as over seeing day to day management of the firm. Undertaking full responsibility through his direct accountability, accessibility, and commitment to his clients’ satisfaction, from initial meeting through final walk through, is the foundation for Erik’s success.

Erik resides in Yarmouth Port with his wife and two sons and enjoys dedicating his spare time to his children’s sporting and school activities as well as participating in his town’s government. Erik has served on and continues to dedicate his time to numerous town boards, commissions, and committees and remains fully informed and aware of all the regulatory intricacies involved in designing and building on Cape Cod.

Erik takes pride in welcoming clients to his office as if welcoming friends to his home – extending his sincere hope that that yours will be the next home designed and friendship built.

Michael Nardone
General Contractor/Principal

Michael has lived on the Cape for over 25 years and has always believed that it is important to give back to the community. He is a proud member of the Homebuilders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod and an active member of the Yarmouth Community Housing Committee. His company has also been a long time supporter of the Cape Cod Technical school in Harwich. He currently employs students from the building and remodeling program to better help them further their education. They are carpenters apprentices and learn the trade daily by observing and assisting our licensed builders. Michael is an accomplished contractor specializing in custom built new homes, second stories and additions as well as kitchen and bathroom remodels. Jennifer DeChiaro, AKBD, UDCP
Interior Designer.

Jennifer received her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts. She is certified with the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and is certified as a Universal Design Certified Professional with the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). Along with her expertise in Kitchen and Bath design, her Universal Design knowledge allows her to design spaces to be not only aesthetically pleasing but usable to the greatest extent possible by everyone, regardless of their age or ability. Jennifer examines her client’s lifestyles, current and future needs to best understand how the use of their space can be improved upon for the biggest impact within their budget. The design process can seem overwhelming at times, but Jennifer is able to simplify choices and make for an enjoyable experience. Her sixteen years of expertise can facilitate a design aesthetic that makes your new construction project look timeless and your renovation feel like an original part of your home. Always with a touch of the unexpected to make your project unique to you.

Having started her career in the Boston area she has lived on Cape Cod for the past ten years, settling in Falmouth with her husband and two young daughters.
